Tracy Kauffman

Chairwoman of The Board

Tracy is the owner of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services-Mohican Office, owner of TK4rent Property Management Services in Millersburg and the Mohican office. Tracy has been in the real estate industry since 2001. Tracy’s #1 priority is her clients and she enjoys being involved and supporting local communities.

Tracy has been with LMCC since 2021. 

Jessica Long

Vice- Chairwoman of the Board

Jessica has owned Jessica’s Tips, Toes, and Tangles for 12 years. She is also the American Legion Auxiliary President for the last 4 years.

Jessica has been with LMCC since 2025.

Tracy Burgess

Secretary

Tracy is employed with Southern Title of Ohio as an Escrow Agent. She has worked there since 2021.                                                               Previously, she was in the banking industry for over 24 year. 

Tracy has been with the LMCC since 2021.

Soni Spreng

Treasurer

Soni is employed by Park National Bank, and is the Assistant Manager at the Loudonville Office. She has been employed at the bank since 1985.

Soni has been with LMCC since 2024

Josh Bull

Board Member

Josh has been with Bill Harris since 2019. Their focus is always customer and employee first. Bill Harris Dealerships operate with a set of core values that are designed to provide a “Distinctively Different Experience” with every sales and service transaction. They take great pride in Customer Satisfaction!

Josh is invested in the growth and development in Loudonville.

Josh has been with LMCC since 2023.

Lynette Piper

Board Member

Lynette is the Manager of CES Credit Union, Loudonville location.

She has been with CES Credit Union for 26 years. Twenty-five of those years at the Loudonville Center, servicing members from inside the old Flexible Bus Factory thru opening their current location at 3030 State Route 3. 

She is the longest active Board Member on the LMCC serving since 2007. 

Megan Strine

Board Member

Megan Strine works for Barth Snyder, State Farm Agency in Loudonville, Ohio. She has been a licensed insurance agent for over 15 years. She’s passionate about helping people and being able to showcase her skills to benefit her community. 

Megan has been with LMCC since 2023

Shayla Landoll

Board Member

Shayla is a Sales Associate at Miller’s Furniture in Loudonville. She has a strong background in hospitality, tourism, and event coordination, including 10 years coordinating weddings and events at Landoll’s Mohican Castle.

Having spent many years working with visitors and families coming to the Mohican area, Shaya is passionate about supporting local businesses, promoting tourism, and helping the Loudonville community continue to grow. 

Shayla has been with LMCC since 2026.

Valerie Spreng

Executive Director

Valerie has been the Executive Director of the chamber since November 2016. She has lived in the Loudonville area since 2002.
